E-truck in special design

Our highlight to match our 34 years of Prüstel Callenberg: the first e-truck in a special design is ready for use.

We are incredibly proud of this new addition. It is a step into the future, towards alternative drive types and more sustainability in the forwarding sector.

Key data at a glance

It offers a range of 300 to 350 km, depending on weather conditions and topographical routes. This truck is designed for medium-distance transportation, i.e. for distances between 150 and 500 km. We will use it for the normal long-distance transportation of our diesel vehicles and use the public charging infrastructure.

The vehicle has an impressive output of 498 kW, which corresponds to 677 hp. It is equipped with a lithium-ion battery, which promises high specific energy, excellent fast-charging capability and a long service life. The batteries are mounted on the side of the chassis between the front and rear axles and can carry between two and six batteries with a nominal energy of 90 kW per battery, resulting in a nominal installed energy of 180 kWh to 540 kWh. Of this, 360 kWh is available for driving.

The charging time at a DC fast charging station with 400 kW is around 1.8 hours from 0 to 100%.
