The future is now.

We are very excited about the future and the continuous progress we are making at our branch in Hartheim. The 1st of October 2024 marked a significant step towards environmentally friendly logistics. Our first four e-trucks are now in use in Worms and are enabling us to provide more sustainable local transport.

Volvo FH Electric:

We expanded our fleet in October 2024 with five fully electric trucks. The vehicles have a range of 300 to 350 km, depending on weather and route profile, and are ideal for long-distance transport between 150 and 500 km.

Our VOLVO e-trucks deliver 498 kW (677 hp) of power to the road. They are equipped with modern lithium-ion batteries that use lithium-nickel-cobalt-aluminum oxide (NCA) as the cathode material.

Depending on the application, the vehicles carry between two and six battery modules with a nominal energy of 90 kWh each, for a total of up to 540 kWh. The electric truck can be charged from 0 to 100% in around 1.8 hours at a 400 kW fast charging station.

experience report:

Our sustainable logistics solution has already proven itself in practice. Together with the largest food manufacturer, we are implementing a well-thought-out, virtually emission-free transport route. An HVO truck, which is 90% emission-free, travels from a source in France to our location near Freiburg im Breisgau. There, one of our electric trucks takes over the final leg of the journey to Karlsruhe.

This partnership shows that sustainable logistics is no longer a vision, but already a reality.

Mercedes eActros 600:

At the beginning of August 2025, we took delivery of five new Mercedes eActros 600 trucks in Wörth. They offer a range of up to 500 km and are specially designed for heavy-duty long-distance transport.

The eActros 600 has a 4-speed transmission with 400 kW continuous power (544 hp) and can deliver up to 600 kW (815 hp) for short periods. The battery consists of three lithium iron phosphate cells, each with 270 kWh, resulting in a total usable capacity of 600 kWh.

Charging is via CCS with up to 400 kW charging power. This allows the battery to be charged from 20 to 80% in around 60 minutes. For even shorter charging times, the eActros is already prepared for megawatt charging.
